How to Book Korean Skin Treatments in Busan Using WhatsApp

Why WhatsApp works well for booking in Korea
In Korea, KakaoTalk is the most common messaging app, and Naver is widely used for bookings. For many international visitors, though, WhatsApp is the app they already use every day. Being able to message a clinic on WhatsApp means you can ask questions before you travel, confirm prices in writing and keep in touch after treatment, without installing new apps or making international calls.
Written messages also reduce misunderstandings. Treatment names, amounts and prices can be confusing when spoken quickly over the phone, especially across languages. Having them in a chat lets you check details calmly, translate anything unclear, and show the conversation at reception if needed.
Daybeau Clinic Seomyeon accepts bookings and questions via WhatsApp, as well as KakaoTalk, Naver Booking and phone on +82 51-925-7890. This guide explains how to use WhatsApp to book Korean skin treatments smoothly.
What to include in your first message
A clear first message helps the clinic reply quickly with useful information. Try to include:
- Your name and preferred language. Consultations are available in English, Japanese and Korean.
- Your concern or the treatments you are interested in. For example, "frown lines and dull skin" or "Jaw Botox and Water Glow".
- Your travel dates. Your arrival and departure dates, and any days you prefer.
- Preferred time. Our hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00.
- Relevant health information. Pregnancy, allergies, medications or recent treatments can affect what is suitable.
- Price questions. We reply with prices in KRW.
You can also send a clear photo in natural light if you are comfortable. A photo cannot replace an in-person assessment, but it helps us suggest options to discuss.
Understanding the prices you receive
When we reply with prices, they are first-visit prices in KRW with VAT excluded, and 10% VAT is added at payment. These match our published price list, checked October 2026. Examples:
- Wrinkle Botox, Korean toxin, 1 area. 3,000
- Jaw Botox 50 units. 9,900
- ZERO steroid-free fat-dissolving injection 3cc. 15,000
- Water Glow 2cc. 39,000
- Titanium 30KJ. 290,000
Some treatments cannot be priced accurately by message. Fillers, thread lifts, Juvelook, Sculptra and Thermage FLX are quoted after an in-person consultation, because the amount of product or treatment plan varies. Potenza tips and laser hair removal numbing spray (₩5,000 per session) are charged separately. First-visit prices apply once per new patient per item.
From booking to treatment day
- Message us on WhatsApp. Share your concerns, dates and questions.
- Receive options and prices. We reply with suitable options and prices in KRW, and suggest available times.
- Confirm your appointment. Once a time is agreed, keep the conversation so you have the details on the day.
- Arrive at the clinic. Ion City Building 15F (Room 1501), 74 Seomyeon-ro, Busanjin-gu, a short walk from Seomyeon Station.
- Consultation with the doctor. The doctor assesses your skin and confirms what is suitable. The plan may change from what was discussed by message, and you are free to decide.
- Treatment and payment. Payment is made at the clinic on the day of treatment after the consultation confirms the plan.
A tip for smooth messaging: Korea is in Korea Standard Time (UTC+9). If you message from abroad outside clinic hours, your message will usually be answered once the clinic opens, so allow some time before your trip to settle the details.
Staying in touch after treatment
One of the main benefits of WhatsApp is follow-up. After treatment, you may have questions about redness, swelling, bruising or when to resume your skin care routine. You can message us with your question and, if helpful, a photo. If you notice symptoms that concern you, such as severe pain, spreading redness or changes in skin colour after an injection, contact a doctor promptly, including local medical services if you have already returned home.
