Why three days is a useful window for K-beauty treatments

A three-day trip to Busan gives you something a single day does not: time for skin to settle. You can see a doctor early, have treatment, enjoy the city, and still leave a margin before your flight in case of redness or swelling. With a bit of planning, you can combine beaches, food markets and a skin clinic visit without feeling rushed.

This guide suggests a simple structure for planning K-beauty treatments over three days. It is a framework, not a prescription; the actual plan should be decided with a doctor at consultation, because suitability and results vary from person to person.

Before you fly: set up the plan

  • Send your dates in advance. Message the clinic with your arrival and departure times and the concerns you want to address, such as pigmentation, fine lines, sagging or dull skin.
  • Ask for prices in KRW. Daybeau Clinic Seomyeon replies with prices in KRW on WhatsApp and KakaoTalk, so you can budget before travelling.
  • Share your medical history. Mention medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding and past fillers or threads. Some of this can affect what is suitable.
  • Book accommodation with transit in mind. Staying near a subway line that connects to Seomyeon Station makes getting to the clinic simple.

Day 1: consultation and the treatments with the longest settling time

Use your first day for the consultation and, if the doctor agrees, the treatments that tend to have more visible aftereffects. That gives them the most time to settle before you leave.

  • Injectables. Skin boosters such as Rejuran commonly leave small bumps at injection points for a short time, and bruising is possible. Wrinkle or jaw Botox develops gradually over days, so starting early lets you see it begin to take effect.
  • Microneedling or fractional laser. Potenza or U-Pulse Fraxel can leave redness and rough texture for a few days, so day one is the natural slot if you choose them.
  • Lifting devices. Ultrasound and RF lifting such as Shurink Universe, ONDA or Ultherapy Prime usually leave no wound, but tenderness or mild swelling is possible.

Spend the evening somewhere relaxed. Saunas, heavy drinking and intense workouts are commonly avoided for a short time after many procedures.

Day 2: gentle sightseeing and optional care

Day two is for enjoying Busan while your skin recovers. Seomyeon itself has shopping streets and food alleys, and the subway reaches Nampo, Jagalchi Market and the beaches.

  • Protect your skin. Use sunscreen, a hat and shade, especially after laser or toning. Beach days are fine for many treatments if you avoid strong sun, but ask the clinic first.
  • Consider a care treatment. If the doctor agrees, a gentle session such as Aquapeel or LDM can be added on day two for hydration and comfort.
  • Message with questions. If something looks unexpected, contact the clinic rather than waiting until you are home.

Day 3: light treatments and departure

On your last day, keep things simple. Choose only treatments with minimal aftereffects, or none at all, and leave time for travel to Gimhae Airport or Busan Station. If you are flying soon after injections, discuss it with the doctor beforehand.

Frequently asked questions

Is three days enough for skin to recover?

For many gentle and moderate treatments, much of the visible redness settles within this time, but individual reactions differ. The doctor can suggest options suited to your schedule.

Can I do everything in one visit?

Sometimes several treatments are done in one session, but combining many can increase swelling or sensitivity. The doctor will advise on what is sensible.

Should I book follow-up sessions?

Some treatments, such as pico toning, are often done as a series. On a short trip, ask what one session can realistically do and how to continue at home.

What hours is the clinic open?

Monday to Friday 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00.
